Todd and TACO are two companies that make a high quality leaning post. Finding an original Whaler leaning post will be difficult and expensive.
Take a look at Defender.com and see which model meets your needs.
Here is the page for leaning posts:

Since you have Captain Chairs, you may be able to use the existing posts and replace the seats with the cushion part only.
When you find the one you like, check for stores in Germany or US companies that ship international. Defender does ship oversees.
Hope this helps.

If you really want OEM, contact Sue Lodell, Parts Manager at Twin Cities Marine. Twin Cities is a "Master" Boston Whaler dealer and have a stellar reputation.

She is known as "the" source for OEM parts. They are in Wisconsin but they will ship internationally.

This Nautical Design model LPS leaning post I have seen installed on a lot of classic Whalers. It shares the same footprint as the OEM leaning post but offers more storage. They can do them in desert tan coloring a get cushions to match the OEM ones.
