I will say that your best bet will be to contact your nearest Boston Whaler/Searay dealership.
Look up your local European directory.

You want the classic 2 part (receiver and insert) rubrail. You do not want the kit for modern boats.

I did not recommend them to him since he is looking for just the black insert.
I suggested Sue at Twin Cities or contacting Barbour Plastics (OEM source)
I do think
Www.hamiltonmarine.com carries it as a stand alone item. Unfortunately their website is a bit dated in design and it can be hard to find the right item. They carry
hundreds of rubrail tracks and inserts in so many shapes and sizes, my head hurts.
If someone knows the specific item there, please post a link. I know they ship internationally.
