Does anyone know how I can get an Owners Manual for this boat? I just purchased and one did not come with it. The Whaler web site only has copies that goback to 2005.

Changed the model from 2000 280 Outrage to 2000 Outrage 28'....

You might contact someone that has a boat for sale and ask if you could buy a copy. A dealer just might do that for you.

If it is of any help, I have a 1999 23 foot Outrage and the owners manual is basically useless. More of a basic boating safety document than anything else.

Sloop John,

You are looking for the wrong boat model and owners manual.
If you have a 2000 year model, then it is a 2000 Outrage 28' .....

It is always important to list the correct year and model when looking for something...

NOTE:
The Outrage 280 was not made until 2009........

I would call Sue @ Twin Cities Marine and ask her if she has an (Owners Manual for a 2000 Outrage 28') model.

Thanks very much for the input on the model. I contacted BW and they were able to send me the Owners Man that I needed along with a supplement. I also found out the the 2000 Outrage 28 ID was changed mid year to the Outrage 29. Marketing felt that it better represented the boat. Again, thanks to everyone's comments.
