I have a 2001 23 ft Outrage. Im looking for new or used fish well doors that go on the floor. Or does anyone know how to repair them?

[edited title for specificity]

The doors are fiberglass with a wood core.

What is the damage? Have any photos to show. That will help us give you the proper techniques to use.

They have soft spots when walked on.

Is the soft area small (area of a foot print)?
In one or more corners?
In the middle?

You can cut the backside skin of fiberglass with a dremel or cutting wheel then dig out the bad wood. Fill with git-rot and then re-epoxy the fiberglass skin.

I did a small area of my bow hatch with marine tex.

If a large area I would slice the door/ hatch on the sides and peel off the front and back fiberglass skins and replace the center wood. Coat the wood entirely with epoxy and reattach the skins.
