Does anyone have any pictures of their 15' Super Sport cushions?
How do they attach? I ask because I'm not interested in putting snaps into my wood/fiberglass.

I just got my console cushion from them. My RPS cushions as well as my stern seat cushions are all new from Halls and the quality is exellent. Its sad to see them go out.

Sad to hear this. The past few years have certainly been tough for all, especially those in the boat building business.
Going to order a replacement RPS cushion, cooler cushion, and possible console rod holder cushions (always wanted to add the rod holders) to my 1987 Montauk. Quick question...does everyone prefer all white cushions or the tan with dark piping? I would love to hear thoughts from those who have ordered from Halls in the past.
Thanks!

TarHeelBorn,
Parchment with brown piping is what I have. Looks great with desert tan. Just my opinion. Halls won't let you down, their quality is the best.

I purchased a RPS cushion for my montauk and was more than happy with the quality and colors. She does awesome work and is perfect factory look.
Now since she is closing, I want to order the cooler seat and rod cushions.
I dont have access to the whaler during the winter. Is the 72QT igloo the standard size cooler on a 1991 Montauk 17??
I want to make sure I am ordering the corect one.
Thanks ALL.

Great, thanks Bob. That's what I'm going to go with then.

With Hall's closing, we will have to look elsewhere for these parts.
Specialty Marine is one.
What about Anderson Manufacturing? Does anyone have experience with their products? If so, are there any comments on quality?

Try one of our Sponsors....
Specialty Marine has them in Parchement with Brown Piping just like the originals...
Much better price than anywhere I have seen...
They even have a set of Rod Holder Cushions on eBay at this time.
Saw this on eBay this morning....

...just trying to see if anyone knows anything about their work, since many frequently chime in saying the Halls products are the best.

Mark -
Check out the Montauk photos on my personal page. I replaced my cooler and rod cushions thanks to Halls. Top quality.
I, personally, think anyone who has a classic 13 - 21 and
may need cushions replaced in a few years should get them now, before they close.

All
Recieved my new cooler and rod holder cushions last week from Halls. Perfect quality.
I realized after removing my old ones that they are still in very good shape... I must be nuts. They still have the Boston whaler tags on them.
Ohh well

I purchased a full cushion set (RPS, bow, cooler, console rod holders) and a stern seat for my "85 Montauk from Anderson a couple of years back. The quality is excellent and they had no problem accommodating a few special requests of mine in regards to location of snaps and straps and such. Nothing against Hall's at all (would have rather patronized them, they're local to me), it was just that they didn't offer a stern seat and I wanted to get everything from the same place to ensure that the colors matched. I'm no greenhorn when it comes to marine upholstery and I don't think you would find any differences in craftsmanship or quality between the two.
