I have three of the these on the whaler, one up front and two in the rear.
They are very loose and was curious to know what they are refereed to in the whaler community and where to buy replacements.

Those are called "Norman pins" and are used to tie your line to instead of cleats. You can do a search for "Norman Pin" on this site and there will be a bunch of posts that will talk about them. In fact, there's a post on here where a guy is selling a set. I'll look for the link.
