I've recently purchased a really nice Whaler and am getting ready to move it from Ohio to Bonita Springs, FL. It has a 40 hp Mercury 25" shaft that porpoised badly but a Davis Whale Tail solved that issue. I need to replace the corroded nav lights but cannot figure out where the wiring is. Under the rub rail maybe. Some help on the wiring would be much appreciated.

Wiring is internal under the gunwale and all you can do is check for continuity from switch to light. If the run shows continuity you can replace switch and/or nav light. If not I don't have a solution.
I'm almost sure you cannot run/pull new wires as they are not in separate conduit (just foam enclosed).
