I'm trying to locate a replacement part that goes around the steering/throttle cables where they enter the floor under the center console. This oblong/oval shaped part prevents water from entering into the cable floor channel that leads back alongside the internal gas tank. It screws to the floor and is about 1-2" high, 6-8" long and about 3" wide. Any ideas what this part is called or where I can get a replacement?

I call it a rigging flange. Not sure the actual name.

I took 2 halves from my console floor to make a full one here.

Here is the finished copy from my project album:

They are not available anymore. I would look at rigging boots to keep the water out.
