Thru hole fitting question

Member Posts: 9 Comments: 0 Joined: 05/21/16	1994 whaler outrage 21. The thru hole fittings on the bottom of the boat have a partial cover or block of some sort to help water flow around the fitting. This must have a name or part number. Any ideas . Mine have long rotted away and the 3 stainless screws are all that is left.
