hose routing for 1993 Outrage

Member Posts: 10 Comments: 0 Joined: 07/14/14	1993 Outrage 1999 Mercury 225 EFI Can anyone help with identifying a hose routing on the following? It's laying in the bilge by the bilge pump. ID is about 1/2 inch.
