Does anyone know the type of flotation original to the 1965 Boston Whaler Nauset?

Also is this boat self bailing like the 15 foot does?

Like all Whalers, the flotation is provided by the foam core of the hull. Are you asking what type of foam it is?

The 15 is not truly self-bailing, in the sense that all water will run out without any pumping or manual action. It will float with the plug out, but you'll get a lot of water inside. Many people put a bilge pump in the sump.
