I had this on my transom of my 16 Nauset ..what is it?

Member Posts: 15 Comments: 0 Joined: 07/16/16	I just removed mine from my 1974 Nauset. It held the steering cable in place. Newer motors have a different offset and you have to run the cable through the motor to have adequate cable travel in both directions. If not for that I would still be using it!
