I have 2 questions for you 1. did you spray paint the hull or roll and tip? 2. the glass repair for separation on the gunwell, how hard is it to grind? understand that the fiberglass is really thin around that area. Is it holding up pretty good? I am in the process of restoring my whaler also, I am getting ready to paint the bottom using VC performance, and I do have similar problems that you have on your boat.
